Warranty:
- 15-day warranty included. (For 1month)--- 30-day warranty included (For 3month)
- The 14 boosts are covered during the warranty period.
- Please record the full process when redeeming the key in the panel and buying in the web "If you give just reedeeming in the panel=no refund (even though recording is not strictly required, it is recommended in case of warranty claims).
Server Requirements:
- You must use a permanent Discord invite link with unlimited uses.
Refund / Replacement Policy:
- If more than 50% of the boosts remain active, no refund or replacement will be provided.
- If less than 50% of the boosts remain active, you can choose:
- 50% refund, or
- Key replacement (1 key = 1 replacement, 2 keys = 2 replacements).
- Replacement is allowed only once.
If the replacement key becomes invalid again, no further replacements or refunds will be issued.
Boost Loss During Warranty:
- If your server loses boosts during the warranty period:
- If more than 50% are lost, you may request replacement or refund according to the policy.
- If less than 50% are lost, no refund/noreplace
Invalid Key Claims:
- To claim an invalid key, you must provide a full video proof showing the redemption attempt.
- In this case you may receive:
- 50% refund, or
- One-time key replacement (based on the number of keys purchased).
Important Rules:
- Keys must be redeemed within 24–48 hours.
- If you spam, insult, or accuse me of scamming, and later request support via DM, your request will be ignored and no refund/replacement will be given.
